- December: Saturdays & Sundays from 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM
- Christmas Eve (December 24): 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM
- January: Sundays from 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM
- February 2 – November 30: every first Friday of the month from 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM
- July & August: by appointment only
Yes, the following guided tours are currently scheduled:

The entrance to the Nativity Scene Museum at Muri-Gries Abbey is through the monastery gatehouse at Grieser Platz 21, 39100 Bolzano, Italy.
Yes, group tours are available throughout the year, also outside regular opening hours.
Advance booking is required.
From Bolzano train station, you can reach the museum by taking various bus routes.
The nearest stop is “Grieser Platz.”

The museum does not have its own parking spaces for private cars.
Parking for tour buses can be arranged upon request.
